This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. Approximately 4km to Little River township and ideal location for exploring the bays and walks of Banks Peninsula. Please note that we are on a low pressure water system.
