Your Coastal Retreat Awaits! This private studio suite offers both comfort and convenience. Nestled in a resort-style setting, you'll enjoy free access to a range of amenities, including two sparkling pools (indoor and outdoor), a relaxing therapeutic spa/hot tub, and a well-equipped fitness room. Located just minutes from the pristine sands of Sunset Beach as well as restaurants, shops, and local golf courses. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building and does not have an elevator.

3rd Floor, 1 bedrm/bath Condo, 5 min walk to beach

1 bdrm unit has a full bed & a queen sofa bed. The bathroom has a hi rise toilet, shower/tub combo & washing machine/dryer combo. The kitchen has a stove/oven combo, toaster oven, microwave, keuring, dishwasher & refrigerator. Outside you can enjoy the pool, hot tub & grilling station or relax on the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Our clean cozy condo is 2 blocks (less than 5 min walk) from the ocean & is near grocery stores, restuarants, shopping & entertainment. Top floor, no elevator

**Jan 1st 2025 - Mid Feb 2025, Potential for some noise between 9am - 6pm. HOA is replacing hallway carpet (outside the condo) a couple of floors at a time (Top floor to bottom) and will be painting balcony rails sometime during the time frame. Painting takes a day to dry.
