This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Sits on 20 fenced acres w/gated (secure-code) entry, hot tub, fire pit & fishing pond. No dishwasher.

With 3 BR, 2 BA, large open concept living/kitchen/dining area complete with gas fireplace, propane firepit & patio overlooking the forest and lake it’s perfect for a family getaway or escape with friends.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 3 feet, there will still be water in my cove .

The River Nest is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The River Nest was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the South Saline River. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

***NEW ARCADE GAMES AS OF 11/29/23*** IMPORTANT: LAKE IS DRAINED. In lieu of kayaks and fishing gear, there is now Arcade games to keep up the fun! This Lake Conway cabin comes with NEW Arcade games featuring PacMan and NFL Blitz. Take in the peaceful scenery w/ covered patio, fire pit and the plethora of restaurants close by. FYI: This cabin is very close to I-40. We have white noise provided for light sleepers. THERE IS LOUD HIGHWAY NOISE
