Master & 2nd BD have king beds, 3rd BD on the main level has a queen bed. 4th BD/bonus room is downstairs & has 2 twin beds & a trundle. Den has a Queen futon. This one bedroom, beautifully updated luxury condo located right on the waters of Lake Hamilton offers breathtaking sunset views from the large deck. Oaklawn Racing Casino, Garvan Gardens, Magic Springs, and historic downtown Hot Springs are just minutes away.

Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

SMITH LAKEFRONT CABIN PETS WELCOME(small fee)

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. this winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages.
