The Letchworth Lookout

Love a great view? Well this 2 bed 1 bath apartment is for you. Come experience country living. This house was built in 1800’s and was purchased from the local Wadsworth family as the “Wadsworth lake house”. The house sits on the top of the Genesee Valley overlooking some of the most beautiful scenes in the county. From the windows you can view Letchworth state park and the mount Morris dam! The property is only 4 miles to the Letchworth state park entrance, 6 miles to the Serene Conesus lake.

We are located on 1500 acres in the Genesee River Valley right next door to the the National Warplane Museum (this is a flying museum with a grass strip}. Five horses right outside your window add to the magic of it all. Just 1 mile from Main St and the college, on a private drive right off Rt. 63.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
