It has been tastefully curated and remodeled and boasts a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. The property is less than half a mile from excellent shopping and restaurants, approximately five miles from Baton Rouge, and about 20 miles from Hammond. It offers high-speed internet and ample parking. The backyard is fenced in and opens to a stunning stocked lake.

Both LSU stadium and downtown are only 25 minutes away; New Orleans in an hour away! (The home beside is also available, the second next door but must be booked separately. This home is a quaint, waterfront oasis, with space to enjoy friends and family inside or outside. It is just minutes by foot, car and/or boat to restaurants, bars and many water events. With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time.
