The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

If you are looking for outdoor activities, Livingston is located within 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake, and Standing Stone State park is just a few minutes away. Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island , Burgess Falls, & Cummins Falls State Parks are all less than an hour away.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
