Riverside Apartment Ljubljana is a newly renovated apartment situated along the river in the heart of Ljubljana's old town, boasting views of the Ljubljanica river and Ljubljana Castle. After a restful night in our super-king Marriott bed, you can immediately start exploring the old town's landmarks, cafes and restaurants, or prepare a breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen. We are in the pedestrian zone but if you travel by car we offer a free parking in the residential garage for one car.

The apartment is located in the city centre, in an idyllic, quiet, area. A fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom are on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with one bedroom with a double bed, one open space room with two single beds and a bathroom. In the case of the long-term rental, the expenses for heating, electricity, water, waste and internet are charged separately. NOTE: city tourist tax is not included in the rental price (3.13 euros per person per night).

You will love this stylish, light filled, two-bedroom apartment in a house built in 1900. The apartment is 70 m2. It is situated in residential area. 10 min walk to the central train and bus station and another 10- 15 min walk from there to the heart of old town. Public transport 2min walk from the property, free bike rental station 5 min away, grocery shop 2 min walk. There is a private garden, separated from house by a small gravel road at the back of the house . Free parking on property.

What makes it so special are peaceful mornings and subtle evening sounds of the streets ... and on the other side of our doorsteps everything is within reach.

The flat is is located in the central park of Ljubljana, on the verge of the woods, where you are likely to come across deer and hares. The environment has an artistic atmosphere: the Graphic Centre with its nice coffee shop, and Švicarija with studios of a number of Slovenian artist and a bistro, are in close vicinity In summer time, there are artistic events, concerts and performans. It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
