The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the Village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings.The 7.5 acres of land are situated directly behind the barn. Situated in the heart of the village just off the high st. close to all local amenities, maintained to the highest standard and fully equipped to cater for all your needs. The perfect base for visiting Eryri (Snowdonia) National park, the Slate Landscape World Heritage site and the extensive range of activities which Llanberis has to offer: walking/climbing/biking/swimming/paddle board, canoe etc Llanberis path for Snowdon (Y Wyddfa), lake, Sherpa bus stop are just a short walk from the house.

A bright & happy house. It has a lot to offer families, friends & couples. The living room is spacious. Brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom with shower and bath. I have a huge king size bed in the main room and a bunk bed in the second room. Outside yard with table and chairs. Llanberis has a choice of cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants.
