Welcome to my home In a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk into the town of brecon Which has a good array of super markets, coffee shops restaurants and things to do also has transport links to all surrounding areas including Cardiff and Swansea hay on wye and crickhowell there is a lovely cathedral in town and the brecon to Monmouth canal starts beside brecon theatre you can walk or cycle to tal y Bont and stop in the numerous pubs along the way for a light lunch and a drink

It is located just 5 miles from the Cathedral Town of Brecon, with shops, pubs and restaurants; 10 miles from Hay-On-Wye, which is renowned for its books and Literature Festival; 2 miles from Llangorse, a hub for outdoor activities including watersports and climbing; with the renowned Griffin Inn Felinfach just 2 miles away, perfect for a celebratory meal.

2 Bedroom house - quiet location & free parking

Enjoy a break in the lovey Brecon Beacons in this 2 bedroomed house in a very peaceful location. The premises has a small enclosed garden with a patio area. It also has free on site parking. One or two well- behaved dogs are welcome but we request that they stay off the furniture please and are not left unattended at the house. The town centre is just a short walk away. The property is ideally suited to a family of up to 3 children or two couples .

There is also a downstairs wet room and conservatory. Upstairs there are 2 good sized double rooms, bathroom and balcony.
