The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Newly refurbished, 2-person peaceful flat in Penylan, close to the city centre with king size bed and dedicated office space. This cozy pad offers modern amenities with a unique rustic industrial decor, and a convenient location for exploring all the nearby attractions, and Cardiff itself. Less than a 10 minute walk to Roath Park, with restaurants, coffee shops and bars all within close proximity. There are 2 bus stops less than 2 minutes away, offering easy access to Cardiff City Centre.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

The Weekender

Self-contained 2 bedroom garage conversion, sleeps 4 people comfortably. With separate access and small patio area with BBQ. It’s positioned in Llanishen village in Cardiff which is an extremely vibrant city! Great for sporting events and concerts, easy access to M4, Llanishen train station is a 10 minute walk with many local bus routes on your doorstep. Llanishen village has a great local pub, coop, post office, chippy, and coffee shop. Retail Park & leisure centre.
