Our large balcony offer lovely views of the lake and grounds. Optional shared balconey door to our sister unit (Sandy Beach) creates a space with friends and family, yet allows privacy when desired

Located in our detached garage, a fully furnished and private 920 sq.ft. upstair/downstair, all electric apartment. No smoking & no pets are allowed. Private parties are not permitted . Walking distance to LBJ lake. Use POA boat ramp & fishing pier. Short driving distance to vineyards, golf courses, Inks Lake State Park, & Longhorn Caverns. 30 minutes to Burnet, Kingsland & Marble Falls for shopping & dining. Hoovers Cafe & Perissos vineyard is nearby. Located in a small, quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to The Long Branch 1905 - a piece of Llano County history. Guests will enjoy 10.5 lush acres with views of Packsaddle Mountain. The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the additional large patio and fire pit. Pets are welcome at your own risk. We have natural wildlife and our donkeys on the property. Keep them leashed at all times. Hope to host ya!
