Timber Bay Lake House

Bring the whole family for some time on the lake. Spend the day fishing, or relaxing with water views, finish off with making s’mores by the fire surrounded by the peaceful breeze of Lake Buchanan. After - enjoy water views from the jacuzzi. We are located next to a private boat ramp so bring your boat and/or jet skis and park them at Timber Bay for the span of your stay. In the evenings there is a foosball table, multiple TV’s, family friendly board games and a stocked kitchen.

Your family will have plenty of space to spread out. The water surrounding the dock has been cleared of vegetation making it swimmable and easy for boat docking. The home has 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home and 50’ of pristine lakefront. Perfect for your next family reunions or office retreat.

The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; boating on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, golf courses nearby, fishing, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

Located approximately 5 miles West of the city of Llano, this river escape features walk-up river frontage in the backyard, a nice covered awning & hot tub on the back deck, all new furnishings and appliances, wifi, TVs, and 2 full bathrooms.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
