Located in the historic Railyard District, you are a short walk from Badu Park, Lake Llano, the downtown square, stores, and restaurants. The 1,539 square foot historic loft features an open floorplan w/ a full kitchen, a 15' bar, a dining area, a living area w/ fireplace, a billiard table, 15' copper ceilings, granite stone walls, and original hardwood floors. Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

Welcome to Lucky Ewe at Buchanan Lake! With a main house, guest house & smoke house, you can relax and unwind by the lake, soak up the insta-worthy views and enjoy your refreshing change-of-scenery. The two houses provide perfect accommodations for when you want to be close, but with privacy. The park-like setting provides direct access to Buchanan Lake. The firepit is a family favorite spot for making s'mores. We provide propane BBQ plus smoke house smoker, yard games, & plenty of board games.

Timber Bay Lake House

Bring the whole family for some time on the lake. Spend the day fishing, or relaxing with water views, finish off with making s’mores by the fire surrounded by the peaceful breeze of Lake Buchanan. After - enjoy water views from the jacuzzi. We are located next to a private boat ramp so bring your boat and/or jet skis and park them at Timber Bay for the span of your stay. In the evenings there is a foosball table, multiple TV’s, family friendly board games and a stocked kitchen.

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

Located on over an acre of barely-tamed land on the gorgeous Llano River, the Rock Stack is a ruggedly luxurious vacation home.  We’re a place for both the fisherman and the boutique shopper, the explorer and the book-worm, the adults-only getaway and the family-friendly vacation. 2025 Flood Update: We are open and the river is GORGEOUS after the flood. Come see for yourself. (We are also out of the flood plane and we’re not affected by the 2025 floods).

Air conditioned game room with Arcade quality air hockey , foosball and ping pong! Also come fish off our dock for perch , large mouth bass & catfish!

Come enjoy the enchanting sunsets (and sunrises for you early birds!) that this welcoming property has to offer. This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
