The 1,539 square foot historic loft features an open floorplan w/ a full kitchen, a 15' bar, a dining area, a living area w/ fireplace, a billiard table, 15' copper ceilings, granite stone walls, and original hardwood floors. Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

Welcome to our family’s Lake Buchanan waterfront cottage in a small, safe and secluded neighborhood at the end of the road. If you’re looking for quietness, serenity and relaxation, this is the place. 1.5 hour drive from central Austin. Walk right into the water from the back yard - bring your kayaks! Sit on the porch and watch the wildlife - bring your camera. Neighborhood is great for walking or cycling. Since 1972, family memories have been made here.

This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
