The 1,539 square foot historic loft features an open floorplan w/ a full kitchen, a 15' bar, a dining area, a living area w/ fireplace, a billiard table, 15' copper ceilings, granite stone walls, and original hardwood floors. Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

This amazing property puts you on Spider Mountain's peak, where hiking and bike trails await just outside your door and Lake Buchanan vistas surround. Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.
