This home away from home, has an fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with modern air conditioning, 12 ft ceiling with modern fans in each room, a small (cool)dipping pool, rooftop terrace, and a patio with palapas. It's located right on the main street near convenience stores, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. 10 mins stroll to the beach for breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. Or hit the waves for surfing ride.

Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Please note our Casitas #1-4 all share the same layout & beautiful ocean view. Our gallery is a collection of images from different casitas.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Casa De Don Ramon Beach Town Dreamhouse

**We now have a golf cart available for rent. Please ask if interested** This is a Mexican beach style home that is only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. It is two blocks from the main road where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. This house offers a tranquil yet fun experience by being able to hang out by the pool, bbq on the outdoor grills, or even make yourself a margarita in the outdoor bars. Perfect for couples retreats or large families!
