All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
