Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Appartamento in villa antica

Rilassati in questo grazioso appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Minusio. L’alloggio si trova a circa 150 metri di distanza dal lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungo la famosa stradina rossa di “Via alla Riva” potete raggiungere Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. A pochi passi vi è la presenza di supermercati come Coop e Migros. Zona blu (parcheggi pubblici) per quanto concerne i parcheggi, presente in zona ed a pagamento. Stazione del treno di Minusio a 300 metri dall’alloggio.

Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
