Die Casa Brione 41 ist ein einzigartiges Bijou. 2023 wurde das Haus komplett renoviert und überzeugt durch modernes Design und Liebe zum Detail. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Im Aussenbereich gibt es im Erd- und Obergeschoss einen Balkon mit wundervollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, sowie mehrere Sitzbereiche und Terrassen zum Entspannen. Die Mitbenutzung eines Pools (mit den weiteren 8 Häusern (meist Ostern - Okt), wie ein Stellplatz stehen zur Verfügung.
