In der Nähe lädt das Valle Verzasca zum Baden und Wandern ein, die Seepromenade in Ascona zum Flanieren.

Ein Balkon und mehrere Terrassen bieten Gelegenheit zur Entspannung draussen. Ein Pool ist in den Sommermonaten auch vorhanden.
