Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

The perfect place for two, The Barn is spacious, yet cosy. Recently refurbished, the bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed and the bathroom boasts a large, walk-in shower. The living space is open plan with full length windows to allow guests to enjoy the peaceful surrounding and breath taking views. Arrivain Cottage is a traditional 17th Century croft cottage. Renovated to a high standard with modern amenities like super fast WiFi and under floor heating, yet still retaining original features such as deep oak window sills and wood burning stove. It is a scenic, peaceful retreat for up to two people. Arrivain Cottage sits in stunning scenery near the boundaries of Loch Lomond National Park, Perthshire & Argyll & Bute, making it the perfect base for visiting many beautiful areas of Scotland.

Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

Coachman's Bothy - 50m from the beach

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a self contained loft (there are stairs) in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.
