Unfortunately no dogs/children/infants are allowed. Oak Tree Hut is situated on our working sheep farm in Dumfries and Galloway. The views from the hut looks over St John’s Town of Dalry and up onto the Rhinns of Kells. Lie in bed watching the sunrise and sit on the verandah or soak in the outside bath while watching the sunset. Watch the bird life and livestock peacefully fly and amble by. The hut has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. The Old Post Office is a cosy little cottage on the High street of Scotland's smallest Royal Burgh. It was built in 1835 and was one of the many homes the local Post office has enjoyed over the centuries. There are steps up to the entrance and the staircase is quite steep and narrow so not suitable for all. The bedroom and bathroom are snug with low ceilings. The kitchen diner has a log burner for keeping the cottage toastie.
