Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

Comrie is 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff 5 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh around 60 minutes away. The Annexe is ideal for a couples getaway or family holiday, which has a hot tub and could include a range of activities.

The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
