Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the isle of Bute, the "secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Milngavie, a 10 min drive away, provides a train service to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Loch Lomond National Park and the Trossachs are a short drive away. There are many renowned country walks, Mugdock Park, The John Muir Way and West Highland Way. Glengoyne Distillery and several golf courses are close by.

Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

Luing Cabin is nestled between Inverliever Forest and a clearing that leads down to the majestic Loch Awe. It's one of the many cabins dotted around the woods and loch side here by the friendly village of Dalavich.
