Arrochar Annex: amazing views, 1 hr from Glasgow

This self contained modern Annex is situated in the picturesque village of Arrochar, on the banks of Loch Long, with stunning views of the "Cobbler" amidst the Arrochar Alps. It is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, swimmers, kayakers & those wishing to experience the Scottish Highlands, within easy reach of Glasgow & Stirling. The mature gardens have extensive bird life, with red squirrels and deer visitors. The village has good train and bus connections and a few lovely old local pubs.

The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Springwell is situated in Carrick Castle village which is approximately five miles from the village of Lochgoilhead. Stunning walks! Fabulous views!

The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Woodend is a beautiful detached cottage, built in the late 1800's and is one of the last remaining original cottages in Carrick Castle, but recently fully refurbished. The property is a 2 minute walk from the shores of Loch Goil and surrounded by mountains. It has its own enclosed garden and private driveway. It is easily accessible by car, being a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Glasgow airport, taking you along the stunning shores of Loch Lomond.
