Situated on a working sheep and cropping farm on the outskirts of the country village of The Rock, we're 30min from Wagga CBD, 25 min to Kapooka, 1hr from Albury, and in the heart of Lockhart Shire. The house boasts 3 generous bedrooms accommodating up to 7 guests. All rooms have views to country vistas and The Rock over the fields. Full kitchen, bathroom laundry & plenty of outdoor space.

We have 4 rooms available, if you would like to book more than 1 room please contact me. This is room 4 which is in the main house, it has a a double bed, an electric blanket in winter, cooling in summer and has a small T.V., and is next to the main bathroom. The house has ducted air conditioning [Breeze air refrigeration], this means windows must be open in each room, this is a very safe quiet town so please dont be put off by having to leave windows open. We have other rooms available

Our home was built in 1935 and is made with concrete blocks which the owners children used to make after school with the youngest being only 5 years old and she still lives in town. I love the old world look and chandeliers, every room has one even the bathroom

we have a fabulous upper room accessed by a staircase (no lift). it has a separate entrance and is fully self contained with a bathroom, kitchenette and small lounge room. there is also access to a reading room and it is furnished in period furniture
