Relaxing Retreat and Sportman's Paradise in One.

Two bedroom / one bath cabin on 100 ft of shoreline. Two twin beds, one king bed, and two pull out couches. Air conditioned, fireplace, and Wi-Fi. Parking with boat and RV hookups, private V-Dock dock with 8x8 sundeck and swimming ladder, firepit, free firewood, charcoal grill, and spacious yard for activities. Incredible fishing, a complimentary canoe, kayaks, and swimming with beautiful view and sunsets. Big Stone Lake on one side and wildlife/farm fields on the other...remote and comfortable.

Outside you will find plenty of space to enjoy the amazing view of the lake while playing games or sitting next to a fire as well as direct access to enjoy water sports & fishing or shoot a round at the city golf course nearby. Inside you'll feel right at home in the open, comfortable spaces to relax or enjoy time with family cooking meals, playing games or catching the game on the 55" TV.

Cabin #5-The Cottage

Tranquil getaway with home comforts including furnished kitchen w/appliances, Farm style seating for 4, reclining loveseat, queen bed, beautiful bathroom. Cute front porch, side patio w/table for six, portable firepit. Surrounded by trees/privacy fence. Available year-round. Queen bed, linens/towels. Housekeeping not provided unless the stay is more than one week.  At that time, we will clean the linens/towels & entire space & charge an additional $25.  Same weekly pattern for extended stays.

Located off the south shore of Big Stone Lake and 2 blocks from downtown Ortonville and Artie's Bait Shop.This property is the ideal location for lake visitors. Ample parking for ice houses, boats, recreational vehicles etc. Three bedrooms: 4 Queen +1 Full bed; 1.5 baths. Newly renovated, all new furnishings, appliances, mattresses, and linens. Large stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, cookware. High speed wireless internet.

Peace of Lake, Apartment suite, Pickerel Lake SD

Located at Pickerel Lake, one of the best clear-water lakes in northeast South Dakota, the apartment above our garage offers guests all-seasons year-round access for fishing, hunting, boating, and water recreation activities on Pickerel Lake and on other area lakes. From a keypadded shared entryway up 16 standard-incline steps to the apartment are two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, plus free parking outdoors including area for boat/trailer parking.

Little Mill Road House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can jump on a bike or take a walk on the tarred path located right across the road that leads into the Big Stone Refuge. Ortonville has Big Stone Lake great for fishing and our area is also awesome for hunting. We do allow pets but if left by themselves in the house please kennel them. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a murphy bed and futon in the living room. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers, etc.

The open concept boasts beautiful lakefront views from the kitchen and living areas. Public boat ramp is directly next door for easy access to the lake.

There is off the street parking and an outdoor outlet to charge your boat.
