Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

Lake Front & Central

We are located in an ideal spot on Seneca, with over 25 wineries on the East side of the lake, a golf course, you-pick fruit & flower farms, and 7 beautiful State Parks nearby! Though spending time lounging on the deck, dock, or in the huge hammock may be our favorite lake activity! Our 50ft of frontage is perfect for swimming! We recommend walking to the Lodi State Park, (~ .5 mile) it’s scenic and has a great playground! The house is spacious and bright, and we look forward to welcoming you!

Come relax and enjoy 140 ft of private lake front, dock, large yard, 2 fire pits and plenty of space for the whole family in this 3 bedroom lakefront house with large living room and extra lake room. Centrally located on the east side of Seneca Lake, between Geneva and Watkins Glen, in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail! You can also enjoy a day trip to many nearby locations in the finger lakes like Ithaca, Syracuse, Rochester or Niagara Falls.

Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

You'll enjoy the warm and cozy décor along with 2 master suites, 2 single bedrooms. One adjoining to the upstairs master bedroom. Steep and short staircase is part of the old farm house charm. Sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair, under the wrap around porch, overlooking the lake.

The Old Whittier Library in Finger Lakes

Built in 1917 as the Lodi Whittier Library this lovely old building has been totally repurposed into a beautiful studio apartment. In the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine District, close to Watkins Glen, Trumansburg and Taughannock Falls State Park, Geneva and Ithaca; perfect for day trips to hundreds of local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, washer, dryer and WIFI. Extended stays are available.
