I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. A few blocks from Utah State University, 1 block from a park, multiple bus stops within a 1 - 3 min walk, 2 blocks from a grocery store, close to downtown and Logan canyon.

Nestled in the foothills of the Wellsville mountains in historic Mendon, Utah, Mendon Orchards is a place to make memories that the whole family will enjoy for years to come. Built in 1908, The Farmhouse sits on two acres of breathtaking property. The heavily wooded yard around the house gives the impression of being very secluded but in reality is just blocks away from the charming town square. Situated behind The Farmhouse is the idyllic orchard with over 250 apple trees.

The Family Barn is a timeless, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.

Quiet, one bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
