Nous habitons le quartier et serons ravis de partager avec vous nos meilleurs adresses et conseils de balade :) L’appartement est idéalement placé, vous pourrez visiter Nantes à pied très facilement (livret d'accueil avec conseils de visites, restaurants et services à disposition dans le logement). Le logement dispose d’un garage privé, de type box fermé, avec un accès large (240cm). Vous pourrez ainsi stationner votre véhicule en toute quiétude et laisser des affaires à l’intérieur si besoin. L’appartement : - Salon avec balcon, TV, canapé, 2 fauteuils bridges. Nous attirons votre attention sur le fait que ce logement étant situé dans un quartier très vivant, il est possible d’entendre le bruit de la rue malgré le double vitrage. De plus, l’immeuble étant un bâtiment relativement ancien, son insonorisation n’est pas parfaite non plus. Option Kit bébé : 45€ pour le séjour. Ne vous encombrez pas avec votre matériel de puériculture et bénéficiez de matériel adapté pour votre bébé : - Pour se promener : une poussette canne Mc Larren en aluminium, basculable en position couchée.
