This property will offer a unique experience due to its isolated nature and its strong historical, cultural, and agricultural emphasis. As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. Constituída por três casas independentes, dispõe ainda de um amplo jardim com piscina, uma pequena horta e pomar e um alpendre com churrasqueia (partilhados por todos hospedes). A vista é estonteante, mar e montanha ao alcance do olhar. A tranquilidade impera. Aqui... temos sido muito felizes.

The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).

The house was degraded, in ruins and was recovered by us during 2015. We seek to maintain the identity of the house, privileging the magnificent view and location in a quiet place conducive to a holiday where contact with the natural elements is a constant.
