Fortunately, mine is equipped with a fire, central heating, gas boiler, oven, gas hobs, fridge, hot shower and 2 double beds!

A stunning duplex, period conversion arranged over the top two floors of this Georgian House in Little Venice, Central London W2. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. A beautiful internal glass spiral staircase leads to the top floor where you will find two further large bedrooms. There is a small roof terrace at 2 floor level

My favourite location in London! The flat is in the heart of camden, but also at the foot of Primrose Hill, Regent’s Park and Hampstead Heath, so escaping from the madness of the stables market (opposite) is easy to do. Chalk Farm tube is 10 mins to Tottenham Court Road station (also £10 in a cab, or a 45 minuet walk). Camden market has every cuisine you could dream of, and with central London so close you are spoilt for choice.
