Stay in a luxury shepherds hut in the stunning Surrey Hills, only an hour from London. A perfect couples escape with a beautiful private hot tub under the trees and wellness area with sauna/cold plunge, bookable as an extra. We are located near Box Hill, you can enjoy countryside walks, spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. We supply a variety of grazing platters too. The perfect stay for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

Self contained Annexe, situated above a garage in a gated home in a private road in Kingswood village, Surrey. In and out drive, key code access. Private access to hot tub, tennis court bookable in advance.. Kingswood station 5 minute walk, Kingswood golf course is a 3 minute walk. Coulsdon South, Epsom and Sutton stations are 12 minutes away by car. Well equipped kitchen, small shower room, bedroom/sitting room. Comprises one double bed and one pull out camp bed. Extra ben linen available.
