The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

The garden has seating and there are lovely walks along the River Thames to Staines shops and restaurants.
