R&R: Private Room With Ensuite And Balcony View

Private bedroom, with an ensuite and balcony view in the heart of North West London. Kitchenette and private workspace available with fast wifi provided. An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Bed size: Super King (small) 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm) A Continental style breakfast is available (not Sundays and bank holidays)

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Superb transport links to London sights. Or within walking distance visit Greenwich Observatory and take a selfie straddling the Meridian Line to make your own mark in history. If you enjoy shopping artisan Greenwich Market has a mix of entrepreneurial stalls and niche boutique style shops. VisIt Greenwich Park and enjoy a picnic or try one of the many eateries or unique pubs. 20 paces away from your stay is the Guildford Arms with the most gorgeous garden for amazing alfresco dining.

Large double room 30 mins from Piccadilly Circus

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

When you arrive I will be here to welcome you with a tea or coffee and help settle you in . My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Welcome to 'Room at the Top' in a Victorian house overlooking a park in Zone 2 vibrant South East London. Well connected to Zone I tourist sites, east London business districts, Trinity Laban, Goldsmiths University and World Heritage site Greenwich with it’s beautiful park, museums, market and a university. Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.
