Our spacious penthouse places you in the heart of Shoreditch and all the weird and wonderful things it has to offer. Relax in our 180 sqm loft, featuring wooden floors, exposed beams, and large windows, after a long day of walking or working in the city. When British weather permits, enjoy the open air and sun of our breathtaking rooftop terrace. **While this property can host up to 10 guests, it is not for stag dos, hen dos, birthday celebrations, or parties of any kind—No exceptions!

Bright, light industrial workshop

Windows on three sides, three large to the north and two smaller to the south. All have privacy film, and privacy blinds as well as black out blinds (window curtain of the kitchen is not totally blackout). The windows are in the most part single glazed Crittal, so from a sound point of view we are lucky to be located at a quiet back water just a five minute walk from the buzz of the centre of Shoreditch - but still, if a group of adults were to pass by singing at 2am you might hear them.

Loft in a converted warehouse with southwest aspect and lots of light situated just of High Holborn and directly behind Hatton Garden. Walking distance to Covent Garden is around 20 minutes through Lincoln's Inn Field. Walking distance to St Paul's is about 15 minutes. Closest Tube stations are Chancery Lane on the central line, and Farringdon Train and tube station on Hammersmith & City Line(for access to Paddington and the Heathrow Express), Thameslink to Gatwick and Luton Airports.
