Welcome to my castle, or should I say home, (I am English!). My place is in the contemporary area of Canary Wharf. This Town House is the perfect base for exploring London. My place caters for city workers as well as families / friends. The Thames Clipper is 5 minutes walk away, the DLR 3 minutes. In summer relax in the rear landscaped garden and unwind. Beautifully furnished—this is the landlord’s personal home, available only when away, some of his things locked and stowed in cupboards.

A 10-min walk to Mile End tube station (Central, District, Hammersmith & City lines), and 15 minutes by bus to trendy Shoreditch.

A folding desk and a TV is available. Extraordinary Grade II-listed early Georgian Home

Malplaquet House is an extraordinary Grade II-listed early Georgian home with a fascinating history in east London’s Stepney Green conservation area. It was built between 1741 and 1742 and later adapted in the 1790s. It has been fully restored in more recent years in consultation with The Spitalfields Historic Buildings Trust. The house unfolds over four spacious and atmospheric storeys, which contain five bedrooms and measure 4000+ sq ft in total.
