We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Book your winter getaway in this newly built cabana tiny home! Everything is freshly constructed and designed to ensure you relax and unwind this winter. At almost 500 sq feet, the 4 season cabana is a perfect blend of modern and cozy and resides in a premium neighbourhood away from many of the safety concerns that may come with the city's core. The cabana, hottub, pool and backyard will be exclusively yours during your stay which equals privacy for you. Downtown London is a 20 minute drive.

Richmond row has tons to offer from restaurants, bars, shopping, and also Victoria Park which is across the street. We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.

Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!
