A 10-minute drive from the centre of Derry, the Avish is a very spacious 18th-century farm cottage set in its own courtyard and grounds and lovingly restored. It's cosy, secluded and totally charming. Sleeps 4-6 very comfortably. Kitchen with programmable wood-pellet stove. Skullery, large living room, mezzanine with sofabed, double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Garden, private courtyard and parking. TV & Wifi. We are located in a quiet residential area in the city of Derry.Located a short drive from the city centre (public transport at end of road)you can visit the famous Derry walls, Peace bridge & take in the historical tours Derry has to offer. The city has a vibrant restaurant and bar scene. We are a very short drive to donegal where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Wild Atlantic Way. The apartment has excellent WIFI and is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, shops & chemist.

Derry is also a host port to the world Clipper race and home of the famous Halloween festival.

Hannah's Thatched Cottage

Hannahs thatched cottage (pet friendly!) is one of the last remaining original thatched cottages in Inishowen. The cottage has recently and lovingly been restored to the highest standards. Hannahs is a perfect base for those who are looking for an adventure, surrounded by some of Irelands best hill walking trails, cleanest beaches and most breath-taking scenery. A 5-minute drive to numerous award-winning restaurants and cosy pubs and just a 10-minute walk to the village of Clonmany.

Marian’s place.....stylish residence in the city

Marion's Place is a secluded private house in the prestigious Culmore Road area on the North side of the City of Derry with easy access to the Foyle Bridge and A515 road network. The house was fully refurbished in the Spring of 2019 and now offers a superb contemporary space for guests to use as their touring base for the city of Derry, the Causeway Coast and the fabulous Atlantic coast of Donegal. This is stylish home in a quality neighbourhood with attention to every detail.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

This is a recently redecorated modern house in a very central location in the beautiful City of Derry. It has every possible comfort and facility including a games room with pool table and darts board, smart TVs in lounge and bedrooms.
