A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Lovely and cosy in winter as well, with a wood-burning stove. The Rockery apartment consists of an open plan living room and kitchen leading out onto a wooden deck and two en suite bedrooms. There is secure off-street parking for one car and a braai area with a view.

Set amongst nature in Simonstown, about 60 mins from Cape Town city center, is this beautiful 4 bedroom home with inviting pool, indoor braai place and outside trampoline. Unwind with meals on the deck and in winter stay cozy with the fire pit, all with breathtaking views over False Bay. A small lift from the garage down to the house for anyone who battles with stairs.
