Completely remodeled two bedroom, one bath home in a private oceanfront community. Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach. We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves. We are 10 minute drive from center of Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

Tonquin's Rest is a beautiful private suite in the upstairs of a 1903 Victorian home in Astoria's tranquil Uppertown neighborhood. The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Watch the deer wander through the backyard as you drink your morning coffee on your private balcony.

Enjoy all the beauty and fun the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer at this cute little guest studio in a cul-de-sac on quiet dead-end road - not suitable for children under 13. A mere 5 minute drive to the beach! The nice private outdoor patio has a covered kitchen, a firepit, BBQ, 4-burner stove top and large sink for cleaning clams/fish. Use our canoe on the Lake Loomis 2 blocks away.

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
