This was once a garage on property and was turned into a cottage for overflow for friends and family 50 years ago. It is truly a cottage. Bedrooms are small however living area is perfect for a group of 4 to play games and watch television. The Bathroom is also small with a small shower stall. There is an air conditioner for the hot days and a heater for cool nights.

Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.
