Chatsworth is a luxury three-bedroom country homestead (1838) with a beautiful established private garden surrounded by animals as well as views of The Great Western Tiers. Close access to the farms' river and pick your own vegetables and fruit from the garden as you cook up a storm in the gorgeous country kitchen. The lovely three french doors lead you from a beautiful, spacious and light kitchen/dining/sitting room directly out to the covered verandah where you can sit and take in the view.

Treetops - art, books, views near Cataract Gorge

A stylish, sun-filled townhouse just minutes by car from the city centre. Stunning views of Launceston and the Tamar River can be seen through the treetops and in the distance forested mountain slopes. Across the road, a trail leads down through Cataract Gorge. The classy, well-stocked library has a comfy sofa, and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. A sunny deck beckons. Fast wifi and quality Smart TV with streaming services are available. Eclectic, original art throughout.

Pateena Cottage near Longford and Launceston

Self contained cottage. Dog friendly. 2N min Wifi and internet, TV, 1 Queen bed; Twin singles; accessible shower toilet. kitchen, laundry, heater. Close to airport. Centrally located for fly fishing, hiking, cycling. Biker friendly. Sit at the outside setting and enjoy the view. Kitchen has 2 bar stools. Bread, milk, tea and coffee provided. Booking fee for 1 bedroom use only max 2 people. Second bedroom use incurs extra fees $25 per single bed use. 4 people will cost $200 pp.

Briar Lane House

Briar Lane House offers country homestead accommodation in the heart of historic Evandale village. Situated on 5 acres, amongst manicured gardens, we are the perfect base from which to explore Northern Tasmania, or just rest and unwind. Breakfast provisions are provided including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals and jams. There is also a second house at Briar Lane which houses Suites 1 and 2. It is separated from the main homestead by the rose garden.

'Bellamona' - Cosy Georgian Cottage

Bellamona is a quaint Georgian cottage with two bedrooms and everything needed for a great holiday. It is the perfect place for couples to stay and also family friendly with room for the kids to play in the yard. Longford is full of history and flowers with great amenities - parks and playgrounds, river walks and plenty to see and do. It is also a very central base for day trips in any direction as it has quick access to highways or take one of the many scenic side roads.

Platypus Cove - smoke free residence

2 bedroom self contained unit, with disability access, located in a peaceful, tranquil setting. A short stroll to the river bank where you can look for our resident platypus and other wildlife. Bring your fishing gear for a spot of fishing (fishing licence required) or bring your canoe for a leisurely paddle. Ample parking on site. 5 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the city and an easy drive to the historical villages of Perth, Evandale and Longford.
