A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee is based on the duration of long-term guests and due to COVID-19 deep cleaning protocols. The cleaning fee will be reduced for guests staying one week or less. There is a kitchenette; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, and no cats.

North Portland Urban Cottage

Located on a quiet street known for it's trees the 'Apple House' is dog and family friendly. It sleeps 4 with 1 King sized bed. Full sized pullout sofa and 1 twin air bed. You'll be set at this perfect little cottage 5 blocks from the North American Adidas Headquarters. Quiet home with a well lit driveway and fenced in backyard. No cats. 2 dog max with a pet fee of 20$ per stay. Extra pets include an additional fee of $20.00 per dog per stay.
