Little Hidden Cottage

Located in Sanford Florida, our Hidden Little Cottage is a private guest house with its own entrance, features a full kitchen and bath room, queen size bed, full size pull out couch and twin size travel bed, and provides flexible self check-in. We are located 7 minutes from the Sanford Airport and Boombah Sports Complex, 10 minutes to Downtown Sanford, I –4 & 4–17. We are also central to many Central Florida attractions such as Natural Springs, Sandy Beaches, Theme Parks and Historic Districts.

It is - a 6 minute drive to a grocery store, - a 12 minute drive to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - a 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, - a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - a 30 to 45 minute drive to the major theme parks, depending on traffic. If you take a walk away from the street light on a moonless night you will see stars.

If any violation occurs, your stay will be terminated immediately, and you will be charged a $1,500 fine!

Welcome to the Tom and Dan Sanford House. The home was built in 1910 & still has a lot of its original charm, although much of it has been updated. We hope that you will enjoy your time in our studio replica. Not only can you enjoy music from neighboring establishments from the front steps, you can also stroll anywhere in Downtown Sanford!
