My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car or 2 on request. It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .
