Less than 2 miles from the old fishermen’s Cornish villages of Kingsand & Cawsand and on the outer edges of the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, we have lovely woodlands behind us and the tranquil waters of Plymouth Sound in front. 🌊

Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, rather like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door & sea views from the bedroom & sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close to the house.

The main double bedroom has ample clothes storage and an en-suite shower and toilet. It's a short scenic walk to the shops/beach and the little ferry to take you to East Looe town.
