PISO#3 cocineta, este piso solo cuenta con ventilador dada su estructura y ventanas. Asador, horno; regadera exterior para quitarse el arena después de la playa. Area residencial, hermosas vistas; parque y hospital; 2 km al Centro Histórico y mar de Cortes.
