Das große Glück

Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“. Umgeben von atemberaubender Vulkanlandschaft, dem klaren Sternenhimmel bei Nacht, der Kraft der Gezeiten, findet man Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit in schöner Wohnatmosphäre. Im ganzen Dorf darf man unbekleidet sein, FKK ist hier gern gesehen, aber kein Zwang. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in Charco und mehrere gute inseltypische Restaurants in Mala und Arrieta, wo sich auch ein langer, flacher Sandstrand, geeignet für Kinder und Surfer befindet. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

Maisonnette toute mimi, pile face à la mer! Toute calme, nichée dans un hameau paisible. Au 1er, la chambre et la terrasse ont de très jolies vues sur la mer, les volcans et les salines! En bas, il y a un lit solo et un divan-lit pour 2 (voir photos!). Plusieurs coins où se poser pour le petit déjeuner, l'apéro, grignoter, papoter ou bouquiner! Et plein d'infos sur l'île! It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Situato in una delle localita' piu' belle di Lanzarote, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Questa struttura si trova a Costa Teguise, a 650 metri dalla Playa Las Cucharas e dal centro. L'appartamento e' composto da una camera da letto, 1 bagno un soggiorno con divano letto. A vostra disposizione anche un'area giochi per bambini, una terrazza e piscina all'aperto. Villa Luna is situated by the coast in the centre of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Céntrico pero en una zona tranquila (zona de Playa Bastian), en un complejo con 2 piscinas, una de ellas a solo unos pasos del apartamento, un jardín muy cuidado y a solo 5 minutos andando de la playa y del paseo marítimo. El apartamento consta de un dormitorio, un baño moderno con ducha italiana, un salón amplio y luminoso con un ventanal grande , una cocina abierta y una terraza con mesa y banco.

Das kleine Paradies

Als Gartenhaus, eingebettet zwischen Palmen und Feigenbäumen, ist das „Kleine Paradies“, ein echtes Hideaway für Verliebte (Adults only). Durch die großen Panaromafenster ist man hier vollständig von der Natur umgeben und doch für sich allein. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
