One shower room with toilet. Large closets in every room. Ideal for couples or bigger families.

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Tiene acceso para las personas discapacitadas, no hay escaleras; tiene 2 accesos: uno por la calle Victor Zurita Soler donde siempre hay parking público gratis y el otro por la Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina que os lleva hasta Hard Rock Café, Papagayo o la Milla de Oro donde hay los centros comerciales más famosos de la isla: C.C. Safari, C.Oasis.

Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.
