This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

El Níspero II es un apartamento de 2 niveles ubicado en una misma cabaña, la cual contiene dos apartamentos. Esta propiedad está ubicada en la zona céntrica de Panajachel. La cabaña está al pie de una montaña y es rodeada por un bosque el cual propicia un ambiente de paz, comodidad y naturaleza. El apartamento en el primer nivel cuenta con un espacio de cocina equipada y comedor y en su segundo nivel se sitúa la habitación y el baño privado. ¡Todos los ambientes son privados!.

The uniquely designed space has a bright and airy floor plan, with 2 built-in king-sized beds (plus a single), a fireplace, a lounge area which doubles as additional sleeping space (best for kids), a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bath featuring a two-person soaking tub, a dining area, and a 10 meter-long patio with a day bed, hammock and sitting area. Of course, all rooms have spectacular views of the lake and the majestic volcanoes for which Lake Atitlan is known.

From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

The property is located on the road towards Santa Catarina Palopo, ca. 10 min. away from the center of Pana by tuk tuk. The area is very quiet and peaceful, yet not too far from town. Ideal for people who like to rest and enjoy the beauty of nature.
